Averie is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She spent the beginning part of her career working directly for insurance companies and trucking companies, defending their insureds in personal injury lawsuits. She uses that knowledge of how insurance companies assess injury claims to represent individuals who are injured or killed at the hands of someone else. She has negotiated multiple 7-figure settlements. Averie takes pride in providing compassion and communication to her clients as they navigate this difficult process.
Averie has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts across Texas. Averie is licensed and represents injured individuals in state and federal courts across Colorado.
Averie graduated with Honors from The George Washington University’s Law School in Washington, D.C. She has served as a Director and Vice President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
On her spare time, Averie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family by hiking mountains, riding bikes, taking her three dogs to the dog park, and gardening. She also enjoys traveling across the world and experiencing new cultures.
