The driver is being charged for DWI and intoxication assault, but this is a harsh reminder of the problems with drinking and driving. Since this happen so often it makes people fear for their lives to even go on the road and drive around. Imagine people who have kids. It’s terrifying to know that other people might be drinking and driving on the road.
You Can’t Avoid It, But You Can Fight It
If someone is drinking and driving on the road you can’t really do anything about it besides calling the police.
